Yay!!! I just found out that M ordered me Dr. Strangelove and The Atomic Cafe for X-mas! I'm happy! I'm almost done with X-mas shopping. I need to get a bottle of sake for M's sister, and something for Amy for her birthday. And I'm done!

Also, Paul got married this weekend. CONGRADULATIONS!!!!! Can't wait to see pictures. :)

has it occured to you that the story may be made up to get sympathy or something else? i helped people escape sierra leone when the government collapsed because they would be "killed." yet they wound up back in sierra leone in a day or two to get more of their stuff and another free ride to conakry!! anyway ae gamisou dorkus! you should be getting a present mailed to you soon ; )

Is this another one of your pseudo-war stories??!! Did you also get stabbed while you were there, sprayed with chemical weapoms, or where you trapped in a diamond mine slaving away for DeBeers? Honestly, I know that people fake it. They want a better life and they claim asylum. but there are thousands of people out there with legitimate claims, and if they help "our" economy (at least for Europe who has a declining population) then why the hell not! Let as many people in! Well as long as they are not Turks or Albanians of course!! (I'M KIDDING!!) The influx of Albanians in Greece has helped our economy. It's aaaalllll good! :)
