i am finally the happiest i have been in a long time. Unfortunately the universe is trying to balance that out. And its being a real bitch about it.

Teeter Totter..

If you have not been this happy in a long time, doesn't that imply the balance will inevitably be on your side in the long run?
Personally, the teeter totter has been shrinking down to a manageable and perhaps even fun level of safe and enjoyable ups and downs, all the while renewing my courage and stripping away the thick-skinned numbing defenses.
I am rather plussed by it all these days..
I must be doing something right to deserve all of this raw sensation and joy.
