Sorry I haven't been around to comment on any entries. I threw my back out on Boxing Day and have been unable to move without massive pain. I'm doing some yoga exercises especially for back injuries and it's helped alot. I can now walk and sit! And should be myself within another week. I guess it's a sign of old age!

Is there any on-line place showing such exercises? I'd be very grateful if you could point me into the right direction. :)
