Wow, fashion in 1984 was cool. The vintage dress and the flat sensible shoes and the gloves and the HAT. Not to mention the cabbage leaf.

*chuckles' I'm not quite sure if fashion in 1984 was actually that cool. Well, I always felt pretty cool, but I wonder what I'd say if I could meet my 1984 self now (hah, makes me wonder if could dig up an 1984 pic ...)

Anyway, yay for flat shoes. And hats!

A good spring resolution could be Wear More Hats. But no wollen hats, God, I've come to hate these!

I am so sick of woollen hats and all things woollen. I feel I've been wearing the same outfit since October non-stop. Arrrgggh.

Same over here. But finally, FINALLY spring has sprung. I actually managed to wear a dress today (for the first time since ... phew, can't even say when, MONTHS I guess)

what a lovely picture - love the garden with the old stone wall and low tile roof.

Yeah, I wish my own garden could transform into such a nicely overgrown place!

Is that a rhubarb leaf? Dear Lord *G*

... or wait, no, it isn't. The stem is all wrong. Cool picture, though. I want that hat.

In the article where I found this pic they said it's a gunnera leaf (had to look it up, never heard of it, guess they don't grow over here) = Mammutblatt.

Oh, I love hats, too. Though hats are not ideal for cyclists, they have such an unhealthy attitude just to fly off :-(
