8 "Love me two times baby" -- sounds familiar, I've got a tune and rhythm to it, but I can't take it any further than that.
11 "I wish I was in Carrickfergus" -- Pretty sure I've got this one somewhere, but that's all. I aurally remember the rhythm as, hm, 4/4, starting on the 2nd eighth-note of the measure, so the first full downbeat is on "fer". That syllable's a quarter-note, and "gus" is also a quarter-note or more, and there are no more words till the 2nd eighth-note of the third measure.
The others, nil. Well, I mean, #4 is in Welsh, but that's obvious :-) & doesn't count.
I think you are right about the rhythms of Carrickfergus (which is its name), but I don't have he musical knowledge to be sure of my mental translation. I will give you a hint about another: Leslie Fish is represented.
