Right on mechezeldek. Paul aslo talks about how the tongues is a rudder for your self. it talks about how it helps control our actions if we can control our speach. Now remember that the speach is only representitive of something else so this makes perfect sence that the mouth is the place to start when trying to control one's actions. It is almost like the the ole see no evil hear no evil speak no evil. That that is what prepares us (our hearts) what really matters for action. That keeps us walking in rightiousness.
