Picked up 'my first polaroid camera' for €2 at a vintageshop today. Does anyone know a seller on eBay or wherever who ships ultra-super-cheap polaroids to Europe? Despite my love for its fantastic instantness and blurs and vignetting et al, I just can't afford spending €17,99 on 10 stupid pictures ( Read more... )

I don't know where you live, but I've seen a few sellers on eBay offering say 40 polaroids for $20. Sounds like a really good deal.

Though you can't literally see those things, that's exactly what it looked like :) Lovely.

i'm not sure why it's that dark either, but i wouldn't worry - it's beautiful :) it most likely has to do with either the camera (being old) or the film (being expired) but if it's neither of those things, it may have just been a fluke. happy accident!

Thanks. I like fortunate accidents :) It could be because of the camera, 'Polaroid Supercolor 635'. I expected it to be lighter like most polaroids I've seen, but those were probably taken with a SX-70.

Supercolor 635 ^.^ Het was vrij licht buiten, sneeuwwitte/grijze achtergrond.
