‘Everyone? I want you to meet Albus Severus,’ Ginny beamed.
The announcement of name of Harry and Ginny’s second child was met with complete silence by the entire extended Weasley family.
Arthur blinked.
Charlie cleared his throat nervously.
Fleur looked confused.
‘After Severus Snape?’ asked Hermione hesitantly.
‘Yes,’ replied Harry calmly.
‘That bat?’ Ron asked mournfully.
Hermione glared at him.
‘And Dumbledore, of course dear,’ interjected Mrs Weasley, obviously trying to focus on the positive. ‘We’ll just leave you three alone then.’
The door closed behind them and everybody stopped. There was a long pause.
‘Well…that was unexpected,’ declared George.
