I have a headache today. Been a bit of a weird time really, I keep getting quick snapshot memories of events leading up to my dads death. And a feeling like I am not only getting the memory, but reliving what actually happened, and what I was doing. It's not overwhelming as far as PTSD goes, it's just present.
