It bugs me when bands stress a certain consistency amongst their members, marginalizing those who fail to meet an unfair pre-requisite. For example, I'm for all-girl bands, but, I mean, I think it's fucking bull shit when it's forced. "All-girl band seeking girl guitarist." What have you got against guys?
