I read this last night, but wanted to think a bit before I responded. VERY long story short, I've been EXACTLY where you've been with all this. I'm drawn to women who are free spirits, and who always seem to be on the move. It can be exhausting, because as much as I love that independent streak, women like that can sometimes put up walls too, and their need to always get up and go makes it seem like they're running away. Trust me, I've been through all this before.

I know it's hard, but don't beat yourself up over what you said or what you didn't say. I've learned over the years that it's all about time and place. I think you didn't say anything to her because you knew, deep down, that the time wasn't right, and that she wasn't going to stay. There's nothing wrong in protecting your feelings sometimes. A guy like you deserves someone who wants to stay to be around you.

Still, there's nothing wrong with missing someone when they go away. That's human nature.

Everything's alright for the time being.... I'm gonna copy paste my comment I sent my friend: You know.... I got to talk to her today... I feel like things are going to be okay. I'm not sure exactly how she feels about me, but apparently our talk today meant a lot to her as well. We're gonna hang out again soon... and it turns out she's not planning to go somewhere drastically far. I'm feeling very good today =)

I can't tell you things are gonna be ok, and as for the maning up so to speak, its hard, you did your best to make her happy, it's hard now a days to make anyone happy. just know I'm here via private message if I'm not online, if you wanna just vent a bit more, and what you wrote about her was beautiful, I hope she knows that deep down, and maybe oneday she'll thank you in return.
