It develops (I looked at the Biodome website) that those guys aren't tamarins at all, but Goeldi's marmosets.
Mind you, they hang out with tamarins sometimes, possibly because they themselves are confused about the difference: They are also known to form polyspecific groups with tamarins, perhaps because Goeldi's Marmosets are not known to have the X-linked polymorphism which enables some individuals of other New World Monkey species to see in full tri-chromatic vision.

What that photo doesn't show is the incredible golden color of the tamarins.
