Please continue to rip off My Bloody Valentine. No, I mean, seriously. Assuming that every bad thing that ever happened to me after 1995 was punishment for not being into all those gorgeous shoegazing bands at the time, I guess the perpetual presence of cool latter-day stuff with MBV DNA is a reward for mending my ways.

I feel so lame and ignorant. Shoegazy-type-stuff is what Jeremy's brother's band tends to get classed as/compared to, and I am so unfamiliar with it all.

That was exactly what I was thinking of. His band always gets compared to My Bloody Valentine and all sorts of other shoegaze bands that I've never heard of. The Brits seem to love them for it.
