I think I have mental problems. or an obsession with order. I have things in my own order , but they don't look orderly, so then when someone else tries to "help out" and clean for me, I get so pissed off i start punching everything and freaking out and crying and then not being able to breathe, and then i take a shower because i don't want anyone

well.. don't you guys hate it when anyone goes into your room snoops through your stuff, throws stuff away, including things with significant value, move all ur furniture around, and say " i was just trying to help"...........
