1. Take a picture, resize it and crop it.


2. The base is really dark, so we will use a curves layer to give some light:
RGB:
point 1: 114 176
point 2: 185 222
green:
point 1: 108 131
point 2: 152 170
blue:
point 1: 90 121
point 2: 176 191



3. Now I want to add a blue effect to the light parts. To do this create a color balance layer:
midtones: -12 -2+6
shadows: -5 -6 +2
highlights: -6 +5 +7



4. To add more blue light, create channel mixer layer:
red: 110 -4 -30
green: -4 +112 -2
blue: 0 +4 +104



5. Now we will add more light with a selective color layer:
reds: -23 -31 +10 0
yellows: -50 +24 -25 0
cyans: -43 -40 +13 0
neutrals: -4 -5 -1 0



6. Create a new layer and fill it with the color #EA6476. Set the layer to color dodge, 11% opacity.


7. Create a new layer, fill it with the color #940084 and set it to exclusion, 27% opacity.


8. To give a soft color add a new layer and fill it with color #FFF594 and set it to color dodge, 10% opacity.


9.To add a little more light, add a new selective color layer:
reds: -10 +6 +5 0
whites: +24 0 +1 0
neutrals: +2 -5 -2 0

1.take your picture, rezise it and crop it.


2. The picture is very dark, so create a new curves layer:
RGB
point 1: 168 200
point 2: 202 219
red
point 1: 220 220
green
point 1: 144 172
point 2: 181 199
blue
point 1: 121 149
point 2: 184 200



3. New color balance layer:
midtones: +3 +5 +19
shadows: -10 -3 -3
highlights: -38 -1 +18



4. To add more light create a levels layer and play with the input settings:
RGB: 0 1,18 229
red: 0 1,09 255
green: 0 0,91 255
blue: 0 0,97 230



5. To give more pinck color (and less yellow), create a selective color layer:
reds: -21 +6 -17 0
yellows: +14 -12 -29 0
whites: +25 -29 +30 0
neutrals: -4 0 -2 0



6. To give a soft color create a new selective color layer, fill it with color #FFF594 and set the layer to soft light with 16% opacity.


7. Now we will add soe blue light and fill it with color #88CCC8 and set it to darken, 39% opacity.


8. To give the final effect, add this texture by dissendiun to lighten.


9. Finally, add this texture by dissendiun, move it to the right and set it to lighten.
