Okay, so the subject line may be a little, uh, "extreme", but last night was an interesting evening. A friend of ours has two daughters, one of which had a birthday yesterday. Instead of a party, they got a room at the local Holiday Inn Express and invited our little ones to come over there and go swimming. Sounded like a fun time, so we decided to

do you know what the judoka had to say about all that jazz... she informed me as we were leaving the pool that she believed in jesus and saw no fault in believing in santa as well. then she said asked me if that man was really drunk or just crazy. i said perhaps a bit of both. she said that people should not drink. i wanted to thank the man for teaching our children a great lesson... that alcohol turns people into fools and that my lil dears is why you should not drink. i shouldve thanked him because i can say to the kiddos that they should not drink, but that man nailed in that point better than any words that i could have managed on my own. i think he wouldve liked that thank you a lot.
