1. At first choose your picture and crop it. This is my original picture.
2. Duplicate the layer and set it to screen %50 opacity. This step depends totally on your picture.
3. Create a new selective color layer:
reds: -82 +23 +51 0
yellows: -33 +3 +8 0
greens: +66 0 0 0
neutrals: +29 -7 +7 0
4. Set this texture to overlay 100%.
5. Set this texture to color burn 49% opacity.
6. Create a new selective color layer:
reds: -39 +8 +6 0
yellows: 0 0 -25 0
greens: +74 +42 -30 0
cyans: +100 +75 0 +31
neutrals: +2 -7 -4 0
7. Duplicate the base and set it to hard light, 20% opacity.
8. Create a new black and white gradient map layer and set it to hard light 12% of opacity. Now you can put some text or use a tiny text brush.
