1. Resize your picture and crop it. This is my original picture.


2. Now create a new selective coloring layer:
reds: -68 +30 +93 0
yellows: +53 0 0 0
greens: +9 +70 +100 0
neutrals: -33 -12 -23 0



3. Set this texture by lexy to hard light, 35% opacity.


4. Create a new layer, fill it with #EEEEEE and set it to color burn.


5. Create a new curves layer, and set these to points on RGB:
point 1: 99 112
point 2: 129 156



6. Create a new color balance layer:
highlights: -21 +13 +23


7. Create a Brightness/Contrast layer:
brightness: +2
contrast: -5


8. Create a Huge Saturation layer. Put the saturation of all the colors you want to saturate to -100. In my case I want a red result, so I putted desatured the rest changing the saturation:
yellows: -100
greens: -100
cyans: -100
blues: -100
magentas: -100
