1. This is my initial picture. So choose your picture, resize it and crop it.
2. Now use the polygonal lasso tool to drop the background of the picture.
3. Paste this texture made by me to the background. Here you've got a tutorial about how to make this kind of textures.
4. Now paste this texture by expose42 between the bacground texture and the picture and set it to screen.
5. Create a selective coloring layer at the top and set this settings:
reds: -37 -10 +33 0
neutrals: -13 -5 -19 0
6. Create a new channel mixer layer:
red: +118 +16 0
green: 0 +108 +6
blue: -2 +26 +122
7. Create a color balance layer:
Midtones: -54 +6 +6
Shadows: -44 +28 +24
Highlights: -81 -15 -19
8. Set this texture by candycrack to screen.
9. Set this texture by candycrack to screen, 73% opacity.
10. Set this texture by mata090680 to linear burn. And now you can add some text if you want.
