1. Choose a picture, resize it and crop it.


2. Create a selective color layer:
yellows: +41 0 -100 0
greens: +100 -100 -100 0
cyans: +57 0 0 0
neutrals: -32 +13 +6 0



3. Create a color balance layer:
midtones: -11 +18 +27
shadows: +26 +4 +9
highlights: +15 +1 +11



4. Set this texture by candycrack to screen.


5. Set this texture by candycrack to soft light.


6. Create a new channel mixer layer:
green: -8 +130 0
blue: +6 -16 +130



7. Create a new channel mixer layer:
red: +118 -4 -4
green: +6 +108 0
blue: -2 -18 +118



8. Create a color balance layer:
midtones: +23 -4 +16
shadows: -5 -3 +26
highlights: 0 0 -37



9. New selective color layer:
reds: -33 -3 +58 0
yellows: -64 +15 -28 0
cyans: +100 0 0 -100
neutrals: +15 -1 +11 0



10. Set this texture by mata090680 to multiply.


11. Create a new layer, fill it with color #9F0002 and set it to screen with 24% opacity.


12. Create a new layer and fill it with color #005179. Set this layer to color dodge, 18% opacity.


13. New curves layer. Change the RGB settings adding 2 poitns:
point 1: 99 112
point 2: 128 150


14. Now you can add some text or whatever you want. I added this texture by sanami276 and some text using the font Arial and I deformed it.
