1. Choose a picture, resize it and crop it.

2. Create a new layer, fill it with color #F9C884 and set it to soft light.

3. Create a channel mixer layer:
red: +114 +16 0
green: 0 +120 +26
blue: +16 +52 +126

4. Set this texture by candycrack to screen, 13% opacity

5. Create a selective color layer:
reds: -32 +20 +43 0
yellows: -26 -53 +45 0
neutrals: -12 -15 -5 0

6. New brightness/contrast layer:
brightness: +5
contrast: -13

7.New slective color layer:
reds: -82 0 +33 0
yellows: +44 -48 -87 0
cyans:+100 -23 -25 0
whites: +100 -35 -100 0
neutrals: +24 +1 -11 +7

8. Create a hue/saturation layer and set the saturation to +31. And the red saturation to -16.

9. Create a new layer, fill it with color #EEEEEE and set it to color burn.

10. New brightness/contrast layer:
brightness: +6
contrast: +8

11. Create a curves layer and these points:
RGB
point 1: 59 47
point 2: 78 72
RED
point 1: 62 54
point 2: 74 66
BLUE
point 1: 22 40
point 2: 33 48
point 3: 62 69

12. Set this texture to soft light, 45% opacity.

13. New hue/saturation layer:
hue: +3
saturation: +11
lightness: +2

14. Create a new selective color layer:
neutrals: -4 +1 -3 +23

This is the first result!!!

15. To achieve the second result you have to do 3 steps more.
Create a new layer, fill it with color #002E5E and set it to exclusion, 75% opacity.

16. Create a new layer, fill it with color #EF979C and set it to soft light, 20% opacity.

17. Now create a new layer and merge the visible layers in this new layer(ctrl+alt+shift+E). Now add gaussian blur to the layer with radius=1.5 and set this layer to soft light. The opacity of the layer depends on the picture, in my case I set 25% opacity.
