1. Choose a picture, resize it and crop it.


2.Create a new layer, fill it with color #EB623E and set it to soft color with 26% opacity.


3. Create a channel mixer layer:
red: +124 +26 +14
green: +8 +116 +2
blue: -20 +10 +96



4. Set this texture by lexy to color dodge, 37% opacity.


5. Add a red and green gradient map layer. Set the layer to color, 36% opacity.


6. Create a new selective color layer:
reds: -1 +15 +29 0
yellows: +100 -9 +23 0
greens: +79 +63 +85 0
whites: +100 +92 -86 +23
neurtals: -6 -7 +13 0



7.Set this texture by spooky-window to color burn, 26% opacity.


8. Set this texture based on a texture of sanami276 to screen, 65% opacity.


9. Create a layer and add some tiny text, I used sanami276's tiny text brushes.


10. Create a new layer, fill it with #81D0F4 and set it to darken, 39% opacity.


11. Create a new color balance layer:
midtones: -28 -27 +35
shadows: -2 -6 +53
highlights: +25 +18 +33



12. Set this texture by spooky-window to lighten, 59% opacity.


13. Add a black and white gradient map layer. Set the opacity to 20%.


14. New brightness/contrast layer:
Brightness: +17
Contrast: +21



15. Create a new layer, fil it with #9F0002 and set it to soft light 26% opacity.


16. Create a new layer, fill it with color #548AC8 and set it to darken, 25% opacity.


17. Set this texture by expose42 to screen, 51% opacity.
