1. Take your picture, resize it and crop it. In my case, the picture is too small for the icon, so to fill all the icon I selected more or less to lines of pixels of the top and I extended them.
2. Now create a selective color layer:
reds: -77 0 -90 0
whites: +100 -86 +68 0
neutrals: +1 -15 -22 0
3. New curves layer:
RGB
point 1: 118 146
point 2: 153 184
red
point 1: 123 138
point 2: 168 191
green
point 1: 124 132
point 2: 162 172
blue
point 1:165 159
4. Create a color balance layer:
midtones: -4 -9 +4
shadows: -5 +1 +13
highlights: -19 +7 -9
5. Create a new layer, fill it with color #F9C884 and set it to overlay, 12% opacity.
6. Create a hue/saturation layer and change the master saturation to +8.
7. Create a new selective color layer:
reds: -42 0 +67 0
yellows: -67 0 -16 0
cyans: +100 -20 -34 0
whites: +100 -45 -39 0
