3. New channel mixer layer:

4. New selective color layer:

5. Create a new layer, fill it with color #F4AD7B and set it to soft light, 49% opacity.
6.Create a new layer, fill it with color #EA6476 and set it to soft light, 53% opacity.
7. New brightness/contrast layer:
brightness: -6
contrast: +9
8. Create a new layer, fill it with color #140043 and set it to exclusion, 73% opacity.
9. Add some text, in my case I used the font Matisse ITC, with color #F0983F to write "help me", and color #BE1931 to "!"
