1. Take a picture, resize it and crop it. THis tutorial works good with the relatively new films of Disney, like the lion king, mulan...
2. Create a new curves layer:
RGB
point 1: 94 137
point 2: 156 203
red
point 1: 85 121
point 2: 143 165
green
point 1: 123 137
point 2: 156 162
blue
point 1:152 137
3. New channel mixer layer:
red: +118 -2 -6
green: -12 +108 +22
blue: -8 0 +130
4. New selective color layer:
reds: -15 +14 +100 0
cyans: +100 0 0 0
magentas: 0 -95 -100 0
whites: -100 -100 -100 0
neutrals: -14 -3 0 0
5. Create a new layer, fill it with color #F4AD7B and set it to soft light, 49% opacity.
6.Create a new layer, fill it with color #EA6476 and set it to soft light, 53% opacity.
7. New brightness/contrast layer:
brightness: -6
contrast: +9
8. Create a new layer, fill it with color #140043 and set it to exclusion, 73% opacity.
9. Add some text, in my case I used the font Matisse ITC, with color #F0983F to write "help me", and color #BE1931 to "!"

With some bases the result is too saturated,
so you will need to play with the opacity of the layer,
for example in the case of the second example
