I love that you love James Spader. I'm always a bit embarrassed that I like him, because he seems so sleazy and yet that is of course what makes him hot.
Man, I came so close to putting Gene Kelly on my list. He is fantastic, isn't he? I don't think I'd call it lust as much as complete and utter awe. Have you ever seen It's Always Fair Weather? I was just watching it last weekend and he does the most amazing dance in rollerskates, and just... wow. It's impossible to see how anybody could not like him.
I almost put Prince Henry, too! I wanted to find some way to do justice to my obsession with that movie, but I couldn't quite fit in it... We just got our prom invitations on Tuesday, and the theme is Ever After. While I am sure that they did not have the movie in mind, I am still greatly amused.
I cannot believe you stole Indy from me. *swats* Mineminemine! Not really, I can share. You can get crazy adventurer Indiana, and I'll get super nerdy (but super hot) Dr. Jones.
I love everything about Boston Legal, really. Except lately, Shirley has been getting on my nerves. Since the Hands episode, I haven't thought of her the same.
And you're right; Gene Kelly inspires more of an "You are so incredibly talented, ohmygod how do you do it?!" reaction than an "I want to jump you right now and have your babies" type of response, but my love for him is there, nonetheless. Now I'm going to have to watch It's Always Fair Weather, because no, I haven't seen it.
*sigh* Ever After. When I get to college, I'd better have a room mate who can at least tolerate the movie, because I have to watch it at least once a month. Otherwise I might forget the lines and what would I do if I couldn't quote the movie on the spot? My identity as a person would be lost.
Now I'm going to have to watch It's Always Fair Weather, becuse no, I haven't seen it.
You have DVR, right? You are so totally in luck, because the movie is going to be on Turner Classic Movies on March 8 at 4:15 p.m. (that would be Wednesday, a week from tomorrow). I love TCM, it's pretty much the only thing I use my TiVo for :) The plot isn't anything to call home about, but there are some fantastic numbers (the rollerskating scene being one of them) and overall the movie is a lot of fun.
I'm a bad Ever After fan! It's been ages since I've seen the movie, and for most of it I'd have to be following along with the movie before I could quote along with it. What is this world coming to?! It's probably because I still (!!) don't own the movie... Maybe that's what I should have asked for for my birthday, lol.

Agreed! I'm sure he wouldn't mind.
