All these years (6 to be exact) i've always told him that im not perfect like he makes me out to be.  He put me on a high pedistool that NO ONE could live up to.  I told him i didn't want to fall for him because i can't live up to what he thinks of me and that he has the power to hurt me more than anyone ever could, because he thinks so highly of ( Read more... )

Speaking from experience, no it's not your reality now. After a while (just how long varies for each person) you will breathe again, smile, hum, sing, laugh, be able to listen to the radio, eat burritos, watch Two and a Half Men, and do whatever else you did without thinking twice about it, just like when he was around. But for a while, you're gonna hurt. And you shouldn't feel bad about it, try to hide it, beat yourself up for it, or let anyone try to talk you out of it. They can't. Because it's not their feelings that got hurt and they aren't allowed to tell you how to feel. So, my love, rely heavily on the people who want to support you during this time (like me and your wonderful friend Brittany and many others, I'm sure), They don't have to be your best friend in the whole wide world, just people who care a whole lot about you and love you deeply (like me and your wonderful friend Brittany and many others, I'm sure). Do it because we love you and friends like doing things for their friends. Take your own time to straighten out ( ... )
