I didn't know Lorie long or well, but it didn't take me more than a second to recognize that she was someone special, one of the people the world needs in order to move past liveable and become wonderful. She had a way of recognizing people not in the shallow way that we're all taught to do, but deeply. She would connect with and see each person ( Read more... )

You are very welcome. You knew her far better than I, and my heart goes out to you and everyone here, and most especially to Rich.

I shall absolutely visit maryrenaultfics when I can, and will delight in reading Lorie's fic. In the meantime, I have edited the post to spell Renault's name correctly.
