oh how hard this must be for you. That moment from 2002 and so many years of friendship. Describing her is timeless for anyone whether it was 2002, 2006 or in a moment. You couldnt have picked a truer statement.

Thank you so much for the hugs. They're much appreciated. And yes, it's just such a shock to realize we'll be without her!

I'm grateful for her fics to cherish---they've always been wonderful and mean even more now.

You just described so much what it was like. We were so lucky knowing Lorie during those early years of LOTR. So lucky. I mean, we're lucky knowing her all along. But you know what I mean.

I remember when Lorie and Rich sort of hung out near the fence to the TORN party and talked to azrhiaz and I while we were shivering in the cold when we didn't have tickets to the TORN party but wanted to still be a part of it!

Yes, the good old days---well, they're still good days, but you know what I mean, too! But yes, I feel like we were the original Biggest Fans of Lorie's AU universes, and it was fun to share all that.

She was an awesome person---so selfless and considerate---and I'll miss her like crazy.
