I wanted to just ask who was going to Lorie's memorial service and when they would be arriving at the airport. I thought we could try to get our flights at approximately the same times so we could all just meet there. Excuse me if this has already been broached ... I was *planning* on going, but I haven't made arrangements yet. I'm pretty sure I'd need to come in Friday evening (but I may do Saturday, depending on what I can find) and haven't decided whether or not to leave Saturday evening or Sunday morning. I'd be flying into Midway (it's only a few miles from the restaurant, and is easier to get to from here than O'Hare).

I have to go back Sunday at the latest. We have a huge conversion at work Memorial Day weekend, and nobody is allowed vacation from 5/18 - 5/31...

Thanks for getting back to me. I was thinking of arriving Friday and leaving Sunday. I'll look around Midway and whatever is closest to Lorie's and the restaurant and let you know what I find.

I feel like I already told you this, but my brain is completely addled right now so I could have just dreamed it or something, lol. Anyway, I'm going to be taking the train up, but the whens and specifics will really depend on what others are doing...I can be pretty flexible!
