i've thought about applying to stanford but there are a couple problems.
1. so is everyone else at my school.
2. i've focused so much on extra curriculars that my GPA just isnt that stellar

so i mean i just realistically doubt i'll get in.
id be more likely to get into brown than stanford and brown already is a stretch for me.

I'd recommend A Moveable Feast by Hemingway.
great great book about a bunch of expatriate brilliant writers living it up in dingy cafes in paris.
