There were experiments with infants of different nations and races for their brain reactions to various languages. It was shown that infants of various nations and races reacted ONLY to Russian language.

This means two things. First of all, Russian language is a pra-language, from which all other languages have originated. And, secondly, that the Cosmic language, or the Galactic language is Russian. So, maybe, it is time for all Europeans to learn Russian.

If the sophistication of language corresponds to the ability for the Quantum Leap, the ability of European for making the Quantum Leap directly depends on whether they learn Russian language.

In the present, only Russians have the most advanced science and technology of the Quantum Leap. We, Russians, can cure incurable diseases, even remotely; can control weather and geo-physical processes via lasers, can mine gold from the quantum non-locality - AS OF TODAY.
I am not talking about the electromagnetic, plasma or anti-matter weaponry. I am not talking about the laser-beam weaponry and the micro-wave weaponry.
I am talking about the Quantum Leap technology that does not depend on space and time.
We, Russians, do not live in the confines of “Matrix” as Westerners understand it. We can control the bio-systems remotely via lasers as of today.
50. RUSSIAN MATRYOSHKA IS THE SYMBOL OF THE HOLOGRAPHIC UNIVERSE
“Matrix” does not designate a prison like silly non-Russians think. “Matrix” designates the ability of the remote control over weather, climate, geophysical processes and bio-systems.
Lasers operate not through “beams”, but through the quantum non-locality for any distance and any time-parameter of the past or the future.
Russian Matryoshka is the symbol of the holographic structure of the universe. Russian Matryoshka designates the unity between cosmos, polis (society) and soul (individual man). The fact that Ancient Greeks remembered of this unity clearly testifies that Ancient Greek culture is more ancient than the Negroid culture of the Old Testament.

There are only two races - Russians and non-Russians, since Russians are the ancestors, the “gods”, the ancient astronauts, etc. And the Inter-galactic language is Russian.
These two races are not about skin colour, since Negroid tribes remember that they came from the stars, like the Dogon Tribe.
Long cosmic travels determined the appearance of the Ancient astronauts - Titans. They became pale skinned because of the lack of the sun on the space ships. And they became tall because of the lack of gravity.

Flying Vimans is possible only within the Solar system itself.

This information-wave signal is the energy which is INFINITELY more fast that the speed of light.
This energy can instantaneously reach the infinite number of parallel dimensions where the non-local and unique information-wave matrix of each soul has the infinite number of its tokens (its representations).

This is the Light in the absolute darkness.
