so, i've had a stomache bug for about a week. it was so shitty. at times i thought i was better but soon later all hell broke loose. i called an entire week off of work, canceled a wedding gig, and went back to my parents. i've lost over 5 pounds and am left lethargic and with no appetite. the good news is i went to the doctor and found out it
