i recently decided that i want to finish two projects for every one i start. (in this case, i'm counting a finished quilt top as a finished project.) in other news, i was searching for myself from a friend's facebook account and found a group dedicated to the memory of Miranda Barton who died 4-5 years ago, and it's basically a group of everyone who misses her. Weird.

in response to pinknezumi 's enthusiasm over ravelry, i joined. then i was exploring and remembered that on ravelry there's a place to look up patterns involving particular kinds of yarn, and since i really liked the sample i made out of this one yarn we sell at the urban craft center, i thought i would look up patterns.
