“I’m sure that Mr. Wooster, at least, believes we shall all live forever.”

That's beautiful. Very much like him, too.

This is amazing. It has that general cheerful and funny Wodehousian feeling, with a marvelously subtle edge.

That sort of attitude is one of the things that makes me love Bertie so much - it's so sweet, but rather sad if you think about it too hard. But yes, thank you! I was a little worried that the subject matter would drag down the Wodehouse feel too much, so I'm happy it balanced out.

Light and yet portentious - I feel as though I'm reviewing a wine. This was really good. Spellbinding, even.

Here via derien's rec, and very glad of it!

This is fantastic - you have the voices down pat and I love the idea of Bertie being the fulcrum of the world! Really, really marvellous.

Thank you! When I first started tossing the idea around, I was afraid it might be a bit too weird for most people's taste, so I'm glad you thought it worked.

This is really well done - the voices are spot on and it's sharp without being hurtful.

Ah, thank you! I think writing this has enormously increased my respect for Wodehouse's abilities (which was already pretty high to begin with); I can't imagine keeping up such intricate voices for a whole novel, much less a series.

This is such an eerie concept, but I love it. So subtly done!

Yeah, it turned out a bit eerier than I'd anticipated, actually. Glad you enjoyed it!
