I think he's trying to reinvent himself as "Kinya." I don't know if you've noticed, but there's a noticeable difference in the style of "Kotani Kinya" and "Kinya."

A shame. I loved his stuff as Kotani Kinya.

That is a pity; granted, until Tsubasa I'd heard all of one song of his aside from the Gravitation songs, but I did really like that style; the new stuff will take a little getting used to. It must be a relatively recent change, then? I have an August 2004 Newtype that refers to him as "Kotani Kinya", so I was a little surprised to see just "Kinya" in the Tsubasa single booklet.

Hmph. And I named one third of my second hard drive "Kotani" after him, too. ^_^()

Appearing anonymous cos i don't have a livejournal account.. Stumbled upon this site via a link from a forum.. Amrita is really a beautiful song.. Is there a translation for the song? I don't see it on this page, do you happen to know where I can get a translation or whether you have already done it? Thanks!

Heh, it's in the post above this one (here). Amrita was a little harder to translate than the others, so I had to get help and it took a little longer. It is a pretty song, isn't it?
