Yep, Roderick, I’m on the bummin’ elevator going down.
Oh, Paul. You didn’t even get a decent backstory before you died.
(This show has to stop with showing flashbacks of things we already know. God. The last Jacob/Paul scenes and they were just… shit we’d already been told. How about illuminating their relationship in a new way? …No?)
Sigh, sigh.
I guess having two boring episodes between Paul getting stabbed and Paul dying did succeed in dampening my obsession somewhat. So I’m feeling ‘meh’ more than ‘let me shoot this nail gun in your head, Kevin Williamson’.
Plus, Jacob staring down Emma, looking vindictive and and heartbroken - well, that has legs.
But. This show needs to reassess what’s working and what’s not, and stop killing off its most interesting characters (Louise, too? Ugh).
