screaming silence of a poisoned king

Once unknown Now sits on his throne Remembering days when he was alone His heart is always as cold as stone On a hot summer night when the sun had shone
He can’t stand the sound Of silence screaming in his ears Can’t hold back The streaming tears Can’t resist The meaningless fears Can’t tell when You’re really sincere
This all makes him sit and stare People wonder if he is aware Of the war around him That has flared In his kingdom the sound does blare Yet hear all this he does not dare For this noise can not compare To the screaming silence under his hair -tony-

Now sits on his throne
Remembering days when he was alone
His heart is always as cold as stone
On a hot summer night
when the sun had shone
He can’t stand the sound
Of silence screaming in his ears
Can’t hold back
The streaming tears
Can’t resist
The meaningless fears
Can’t tell when
You’re really sincere
This all makes him sit and stare
People wonder if he is aware
Of the war around him
That has flared
In his kingdom the sound does blare
Yet hear all this he does not dare
For this noise can not compare
To the screaming silence under his hair
