the toxicology report was never released, but i believe he was on heroin and he fell into the missisippi river. I dont know if id go as far as to say it was suicide because he always seemed upbeat.

His dad died of a heroin overdose. The family of Jeff Buckley withheld the toxicology report. All the medical examiner told the press was that he drowned. Its most likely a heroin jump or fall.

i love jeff. in 10th grade, i had this english teacher [who last year was fired for slapping his female students butts...but thats besides the point] and he told me that i was going to marry jeff and live on an island with him with no one else around. ofcource my response to this was "but hes dead" and he just said "so what, some people like that", smirked, and walked away. at this point, i made a face like this: D:. xxoo

looking back at it, and with what happened to him last year, yes. its extremly funny. but two years ago, when i was a nieve 15 year old, no, no it was not lol. xoox
