this ones precious. :) not to mention that i love words like teeth and tattered alongside beauty and petals etc.. strong accents like that are sexy. i know this is retarded but, i like to go down after ive read it once or twice and read something like the second line in every verse all the way down to see if it accidentally makes sense etc. sometimes it doesnt make any sense at all but, other times, its like revealing a hidden code. i know i know..im a freak of nature :P
THAT WAS NOT RETARDED AT ALL!!! Thats actually a turn on!!! It shows you like to analyze and dig deep into a song, lyrically and sonically. Thats such a beautiful, yet highly uncommon human trait. Most people want their music for its entertainment; its surface value. True songwriters write what they feel from within, not what they objectively create for an artificial or material purpose, such as money or fame. Im only interested in empathizing with as many people as i can because i know empathy and connection through music is a way of sustaining your sanity and real emotions while walking through this hell on earth. Music is a savior to many people, including me. I would be catatonic if i didnt hear melody.
you know...music created just for money feels as plastic as it sounds so, i wont spend anything on it.
life isnt just a hell on earth tho. i think you just have to take out more time to wallow in the good when its present and less time to acknowlege the bad. ive been training myself to do that and ive been smiling more than i normally would :)
the good is YOU hanging out with ME today. But youve yet to call. An hour shower? Oh yeah, youre a woman. I probably wont hear from you for 4 more hours.
your my new friend, and you def have mad rad hair.
about the lyric thing- that fem was right on. i do that as well. it actually paints a good picture, if you do it with your song...allow me:
Its human nature to move in slo mo Life does not play favorites No lessons you have learned Its never too late for a spirit to rest No lessons you have learned How do you put a value on time when there really is none? The spirit is all that truly matters No faultlines are visible Its nobodys fault
