The day started off poorly, with me spending 07:00 - 07:30 trying to call the IRS, and being told that their office was closed, please call back between 07:00 - 19:00 local time... I finally realized that they were probably counting "local time" off of my cell phone's area code, which is in Pacific time, bah. I was at first cross about this and
