I've decided to make a conscious effort to watch my portions. I eat way more than I need to and don't stop when I am full. I am doing this because I know if I go on a diet and start restricting what I eat instead of how much I will inevitably fail.

No diet program is complete without excerise. Your college educated I'm sure you know that but if you're at the point that you want to take a pill, your just looking for a quick fix anyway.
I'm assuming your in your 20s so lets just say.. it took 10 years to put on the weight, its going to take time to take it off too.
