Yay! No sleep-munching last night! :)

Mind you, I had barricaded and booby-trapped my bedroom door with all sorts - chairs, boxes, spiky boots, etc. It was hard enough to get out while fully awake right now, so I do wonder if Zombie K had a go?

Seeing my GP first thing Friday at any rate.

Last night's sleep-eating = 1 packet of ham, half a tray of chocolate brownie, half a tin of tuna. Oh, but I did manage to vomit most of it up, judging by the mess in the bathroom. So now I'm sleep-purging as well. I'm really going to kill myself at this rate. This is happening pretty much on a nightly basis now.

God, I hope the doctors can help

Following two 11-hour days at work on the trot, I am now officially exhausted. And, as always when overtired, feeling uber-gloomy, oversensitive, on-edge and basically rubbish.

Hot bath and bed with some brainfloss reading, methinks.

Sitting on plane again, waiting to go... BA is so much nicer than Virgin! Roomy, comfy seats, better entertainment choice, vastly better food, wine in proper little bottles, smilier staff... even the little pillows are softer!
