Okay, so I just read one of those dumb Hotmail "newsflash" things. I only read them when I'm feeling just that bit self destructive. Anyway, the "article" was entitled "Why Did He Stop Calling?" The article describes a relationship where the man stops calling after a couple months of dating. Their conclusions were as follows

Heh. I'm the woman who stops calling men. Or who gives them fake phone numbers. But that's because the men who hit on me are losers.

And I hate talking on the phone.

Hang in there, luv. If he won't call you, or answer your calls, than you deserve better, anyway.

As opposed to when a woman stops calling/ignores calls. In those situations it 'is' the man's fault.

As a proud member of the Feminist Student Alliance at USF I express my COMPLETE OUTRAGE AT SUCH A THING! I just finished watching a documentary on the clitorus, and in it they gave a brief history, how there were times in history when certain doctors suggest to remove it! Granted those times are over for us in the U.S. but man, there are these evangelists that sometimes come to our college saying women are the lesser of man and such! RRRRRRR!!! Sexism in engrained in this world, i swear. And the blame is always put on the woman somehow! SHE IS NOT PROPERTY! SHE IS AUTONOMOUS AND DOES NOT NEED A MAN. don't get me started. RRRR
