Yes I'm still here just been really busy with work and looking for a new place Apt or House (to buy).

Things in the work place have been off the hook busy with doing QA and tryn to help out with the call center. But I'm not to eager to get back over there to many people have screwed around and I don't see good things coming, as for the QA side I'm ( Read more... )

Hmmm. . .let me know when you get the new house. . .I might like to move to Sacramento. . .be close to my Aunt, finally be out West, and well. . .at least the HIV social services should be better than they are here. :-)

We're at the other end of things here , startn ta warm up Low to Med 60's. Looks like more trips to the ocean while it's cooler there :)

I wondered where your ass was! But I understand you have a busy life right now. I hope you get the house your looking for. Right now with the housing market being what it is you should be able to get a good deal. If you get a nice big place I wanna cum visit! :-P

Yeah prices are good, I've seen a few that looked ok within my price range, BUT the areas are kind of in that grey area...
Last weekend we found a few really nice ones I still have ta get that list to my real-estate agent so she can hunt down the prices.
And Yes that would be sweet thatâ™s the main reason Iâ™m looking for 3+ bedrooms.

Well hopefully you won't have to rent out a 3rd room. But having an extra room always helps. I know when I start to look for a place its going to have to be at least 2 to 3 bedrooms.
