hmmm...I'm at something of a loss. I would say try a maybe more tiring work out session. Not like enough to make you sleepy but to kinda get you in a calmed down sort of state if that makes any sort of sense.
Physical exhaustion seldom has any bearing on my mental state, but being made to see the possible connection makes me realize that I have completely quit meditating. Probably the past three weeks or so I simply haven't done it. Which... roughly correlates to the amount of time I've been having problems focusing and motivating myself to do things.
