Try being a self-described "Taoist Catholic" sometime and see how people react to you. :-p
With the single exception of women clergy, everything you mentioned is something that you are free to disagree with while being fully united in Faith to the rest of the Church. And while I'd probably tend towards opposite views than you on most of those issues, I'll fully support your freedom to live by them. (Now I sound like Voltaire--how ironic is that?!) And even in the case of female clergy, not understanding a belief and desiring to understand it better (I know I have several of these myself, at least) is not heresy or schism.
So continue on, secure in your faith, and seek out the "spiritual mind" that lets you "judge all things, but be judged by no one". ;-) (That's the flip side to the verse you quoted, but no one remembers it!)

And isn't the requisite number of children 10, not 8? Or maybe 10 was the pre-Vatican II number ...
