and I can only wish such a fate upon him right now...
there is asbestos in these ceilings... and every time he drops a weight on the floor, it shakes my ceiling.
so help me, if I get mesothelioma, I'm hunting him down and taking everything he owns and selling it on e-bay!!

Don't listen to me or dad...because our initial advice will likely be very similar...inflict bodily harm first, ask him to stop after.
