ok.

let me say something here.
I gave this much thought last night after talking with my sister...

there is a big difference in feeling something and being something.

like, I feel stupid because I didn't make it on the Dean's list again, and because I didn't pull my GPA up to at least a 2.7 this semester... but it doesn't mean I'm stupid!!! If anything ( Read more... )

Yea it makes sense and I totally agree with you. I have a situation where I get really jealous that Noah has friends that are girls, and I hate when he hangs out with them. But I choose not to act on that feeling of jealousy by not doing what I'm tempted to do, which is forbidding him to spend any time with his gal friends. And it is still frustrating because I usually still feel the jealousy. But I think it helps that I continually make the choice not to act on it. cough.
Failure (n): 1. lack of success
2. a falling short
3. Someone who has failed

Conclusion... Someone who doesn't reach their goals, are via definition, a failure. Maybe not stupid.. but a failure. ;P

Merry Christmas, have a good year.

In the general sense, everyone is a failure. Failure isn't always something to be upset about... but you know, that takes us in to the area of actually accepting a great many things that people so easily say they do, but never... really do.

Savvy?
