My friend Billy runs the school that my sister goes to and my mom works at. It is an elementary/junior high school with emphasis on the arts. It is a non-profit organization and he takes a lot of kids whose families cannot pay. Dr. Pepper is having a contest and if Billy wins, the school will receive $23,000!! Please vote for Billy
