This is like the third or fourth entry I've listed under this title lol.  It's just that I'm so good at it when I shouldn't be.  I have to read Aurora Leigh, a classic, but also so damn boring.  It's part of the research for my 20-page paper (which I'm writing for one of the toughest profs in the department because I am apparently a masochist).  Oh

I am so jealous! You got out of the Midwest for spring break. Way to go. And what a gorgeous city. I’ve always wanted to see San Francisco! I suppose the bay there wasn’t covered in a foot of ice, as it was here. I know it can be difficult to concentrate on writing when motivation levels are low and the subject matter is dry. A word of advice to make it fun: Stop writing for the grade and start writing for sport. Just write to see how much fun you can have telling a story, for the love of the word play and the language. When you stop focusing so intensely on getting there, you can enjoy the journey and find something to amuse and entertain you, even if you aren’t too thrilled with the assignment. I hope you had a good time at your Chicago concert. I will have to check out that link. I went to the Bruce Springsteen concert in Milwaukee on St. Patrick’s Day and had a great time. There weren’t too many teenagers there, though, lol. [I’m starting to feel old and dated

I was going to give you advice regarding your career but Jessica stole it and passed it off as her own. I can't believe I saw Bruce Springsteen!! XD

Surely there's a way to put Ian in that essay somehow (like the Shakespeare one you sent me: that was hilarious!).

Btw I'm jealous too!!! :( I've been to Anaheim and San Diego. They are cool! :)
